Brawl Stars x Duolingo Event Is Live
Duo has finally arrived in Brawl Stars. The Duolingo crossover went live on September 19, turning the previously announced classroom theme into an event with a cooperative Boss Fight, community tasks and a specific reward list. Supercell says the event runs through September 30. For players who saw the early-season preview, the useful change today is that the team has explained what to do and what can be earned.
The event revolves around two connected phases. In Classroom, the community works toward a gameplay goal while Duo tries to run his lesson. In Detention, players tackle a separate shared task before the cycle returns to class. Supercell gives changing the in-game language as an example of a Detention task, while the individual tasks and their rewards will be announced in short videos on the official Brawl Stars social channels. That makes the daily instruction worth checking before acting on an example from the announcement.
Alongside those phases is Duo Boss Fight. Players cooperate, read questions and choose answers while facing the green owl. Correct answers do not end the danger: Supercell says Duo eventually attacks anyway. The mode therefore asks teams to pay attention to the question sequence and to the fight itself. The announcement describes cooperation with other players, including random teammates, so communication and quick reading matter as much as bringing a familiar Brawler.

What to do during the event
The simplest starting point is the in-game event hub, where the crossover activities are gathered. Classroom goals are community goals, so progress is framed around everyone participating. When the event shifts to Detention, the next task has its own instruction; players can check the official Brawl Stars social post for that round and its associated reward. These two phases form the event rhythm through September 30, while Duo Boss Fight provides a separate match-based activity inside the same takeover.
There is also a second path outside Brawl Stars. Supercell says the Brawl Stars Quest in the Duolingo app offers extra cosmetics, Chaos Drops and a free Spike. That quest is distinct from the in-game community track and the Boss Fight. The announcement names the reward types but leaves the app to present its own quest steps, so players should follow the instructions shown there. The two apps each have their own event activities.
Supercell has now published a concrete list of in-game crossover rewards. Trash Goblin Darryl is the standout cosmetic. The list also includes Chaos Drops, Gems, random and Mythic Starr Drops, Coins, XP Doublers, Power Points, Bling, Credits, PPXP and an Ultra Trophy Box. Those are announced event rewards, with each activity and phase providing its own route through the takeover. The official post does not assign every listed item to a particular day in the article, so the live event hub and the short task videos are the places to check the exact claim step.
The confirmed quantities are useful for setting expectations. The list includes five Chaos Drops, 20 Gems, ten random Starr Drops, three Mythic Starr Drops, 2,000 Coins, 2,000 XP Doublers, 2,000 Power Points, 2,500 Bling, 1,000 Credits and 2,000 PPXP. Supercell also names one Ultra Trophy Box. The figures describe the announced reward pool; the game will show the current task and unlock condition as the event develops.
Rewards, app quest and giveaway
The Duolingo quest adds another reason to keep the two apps straight. The in-game event rewards include the Darryl skin and resource drops, while the Duolingo app quest specifically advertises additional cosmetics, Chaos Drops and Spike. A player interested mainly in Spike should look for the Brawl Stars Quest inside Duolingo; a player following the shared classroom goals should look at the Brawl Stars event hub and the official task announcements. Both routes sit within the same collaboration window.
Supercell is also running a separate social-media giveaway. It advertises a total of 3.141592 million Gems for ten selected players. Every few days, the official Brawl Stars channels will post a surprise question. Entrants are instructed to reply with the correct answer and include both #BrawlStars and #Duolingo. The post says ten winners will be drawn at random and contacted after the event ends on October 1. This giveaway has its own entry steps and is separate from the ordinary event reward track.
