BSC 2027 Sets January Invitational Route

Supercell has defined how teams will enter the Brawl Stars Championship in 2027. The top league will contain eight teams in each of four regions, with six direct invitations and two places decided through a January invitational. A fresh October 5 report has brought the official qualification details back into focus as organizations begin planning their off-season.

The four regions are APAC, EMEA, South America and North America. Each regional league works toward the two major international destinations named for the season: Brawl Cup and the Brawl Stars World Finals. The entry process combines results already earned in 2026 with one last regional bracket.

The top six teams on each final regional leaderboard receive direct invitations. Acceptance carries a roster condition. A team must keep the core that earned its position and can make a maximum of one roster change before the new season. That rule connects the invitation to the lineup’s competitive work while still allowing a limited off-season adjustment.

Supercell plans to send invitations on November 23. Teams have until December 20 to respond and submit the roster attached to their place. Processing is scheduled for December 21 through December 23. The dates form a clear administrative sequence ahead of the January competition, although the official page says the schedule can still change.

The Invitational supplies two places per region

The remaining two spots come from the BSC Invitational planned for January 16 and January 17. APAC, South America and North America will each use a four-team double-elimination bracket populated by teams ranked seventh through tenth. Their regional events are designed for one day.

EMEA receives a larger field. Teams ranked seventh through fourteenth enter an eight-team double-elimination bracket played across two days. Supercell links that expansion to the unusual 2026 placement picture, when several leading teams competed at the Challengers Finals and could not complete the final Monthly Finals cycle.

Every regional bracket sends two teams into BSC. Once those two places are decided, the qualifier ends without a Grand Final. The useful result is qualification itself, so an extra title match is unnecessary within this format.

This structure makes the final 2026 leaderboard valuable in two ways. A top-six finish secures the invitation route, while the next eligible range supplies the invitational field. Teams near either boundary have a precise reason to protect player-point records, roster eligibility and contact details through the handover.

Organizations also need to distinguish an invitation from automatic participation. The response deadline and roster rule are part of acceptance. If a place becomes available, Supercell can move down to the next eligible team. That gives the published timeline operational importance beyond the bracket itself.

Challengers keeps an open route alive

New teams and teams outside the invitational ranges can enter through Brawl Stars Challengers. The path begins with the in-game Championship Challenge, advances through Qualifier Tournaments and reaches the first Challengers split. Strong teams at the Challengers Finals can earn promotion into the second BSC split.

The system therefore has two connected layers. The January process establishes the opening top league from 2026 performance. Challengers creates the route for movement after play begins. Readers can follow each layer without treating the first eight teams as a closed list for the entire year.

  • Check the final regional leaderboard to separate direct invitations from Invitational places.
  • Track the November and December acceptance dates before the January bracket.
  • Use the Championship Challenge as the starting point for the open Challengers route.

Region Invitational field Event length
APAC Ranks 7-10; 4 teams 1 day
South America Ranks 7-10; 4 teams 1 day
North America Ranks 7-10; 4 teams 1 day
EMEA Ranks 7-14; 8 teams 2 days

The BSC 2027 entry plan now gives established teams and new challengers separate, connected routes. Six teams per region are due to receive direct invitations from the final 2026 standings, while two more qualify through a double-elimination invitational in January. The roster-core requirement makes continuity part of accepting a direct place, and the December deadline gives organizations a concrete decision point. EMEA’s larger bracket changes the size and duration of its qualifier, but every region still ends with eight BSC teams. Below that league, the Championship Challenge and Challengers preserve an open progression path into the second split. The exact calendar remains adjustable, so teams should continue checking official updates. The key structure—six direct places, two invitational places and later Challengers promotion—is now clear enough for serious preparation.
