Find Gus Bedroom Opens Final Coffin Box Route

Find Gus Bedroom Opens Final Coffin Box Route

The Bedroom opened as the sixth Find Gus room on October 11, adding a final puzzle to Mortis’ Mortuary. This stage uses a movable candle, hidden objects and four wall pictures. Finishing the entire six-room route awards a Coffin Box. The reward belongs to completion of the chain, not merely entering the Bedroom.

Brawl Network documented the Bedroom with screenshots from a completed run, while BrawlQR independently lists it as room six. Players reach it after the previous five rooms and three more battle wins. The room is dark enough that the candle is functional: an object or target may ignore a tap until the light is moved close. That detail matters more than memorizing an answer and repeatedly tapping the wrong spot.

The opening sequence starts with a bunch of five balloons in front of the wall pictures. Illuminate them and use a tool to pop them. Then count the four wall pictures from left to right. Place the woman doll on picture one, the dog collar on picture two, and the left-side balloon on picture three. The collar and later balloon become available in sequence, so a player looking for every object at the start can mistakenly think it is missing.

After the first matches, Shade appears as part of the room’s next step. Tap the cage before the mirror. The mirror interaction leads into the collection puzzle. These are the Bedroom’s own interactions; the Basement’s earlier number sequence is a separate room and does not solve this finale.

The 553 clue is a collection target

The lockbox clue 553 means five stars, five gems and three balloons. It is a count of objects to find around the room, not digits to enter on a keypad. Move the candle as you search, especially near furniture and the wall, because visibility controls whether some objects can be used. A player who reaches the lockbox before gathering all thirteen items still has the collecting stage to finish.

Brawl Network’s walkthrough then returns to the pictures. The boy doll goes to picture one and the right-side balloon to picture three. From the pictures’ starting positions, the first three are tapped two, one and one times respectively for the final alignment. The order matters: picture matching, Shade’s cage and mirror, collecting, then the last picture steps make a coherent route through the room.

The Coffin Box is presented as the end-of-chain prize after all six rooms are complete. Other Find Gus rewards earned along the way are separate. Readers who have already finished the Basement can focus on the new Bedroom instead of restarting the entire event.

There is a useful troubleshooting distinction between a wrong answer and an object that has not appeared. The collar follows the first doll match, and the left balloon follows the collar. If an item cannot be selected, bring the candle beside both the item and the intended picture. Brawl Network labels a restart as a player-reported workaround for a missing collar, not a confirmed universal fix.

This October 11 development is distinct from the site’s earlier Chuck’s Basement article. The Basement is room five with its own wiring challenge and pin. The Bedroom closes the story with a light-and-picture puzzle and the six-room Coffin Box reward.

What to check before claiming the reward

Confirm that the prior rooms show complete and that the Bedroom has unlocked after the required battles. Work through the balloon and picture steps in order before attempting the 553 clue. Keep the candle near whichever object and picture you are manipulating; darkness is part of the mechanic, not merely decoration.

When the box does not open, count five stars, five gems and three balloons again. The clue’s value is the inventory total, so looking for a numeric keypad sends players in the wrong direction. Complete the later doll, balloon and picture rotations only after the collecting stage becomes available.

The practical news is that the final room is playable and the whole Find Gus path can now be finished. The two independent walkthroughs agree on the central sequence and the Coffin Box endpoint. Players can use that sequence as a guide while allowing for the room’s interactive timing and visibility.

  • Unlock Bedroom after the first five rooms and three battle wins.
  • Use the candle and complete the picture matches in their staged order.
  • Read 553 as five stars, five gems and three balloons, then finish all six rooms for the Coffin Box.

The Bedroom changes the Find Gus challenge from the Basement’s wiring to a staged search through light, objects and pictures. Its most misleading hint is 553: the numbers count collectibles and are not a password. The confirmed steps give stuck players a clear route, but the candle still needs to be moved beside interactive items. Completing this final stage after the earlier five rooms is what brings the Coffin Box reward into reach. That makes October 11 the first day the full Mortuary route can be finished, with a separate puzzle and payoff from the site’s previously covered Basement.
